The rental or purchase of a modem is required with your internet package.

Rental: Modem/Routers require a $50 each refundable security deposit with no monthly rental fee. If returned undamaged and in good working order within 7 days of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded. Otherwise the full amount for each device will be charged to your account.

If the modem you chose does not have WiFi and you do not currently have a router, you can choose to add a router to your package.

The Regular Wireless Router will cover up to 1000 sq ft
The Dual Band Gigabit Wireless Router will cover up to 2000 sq ft
The Mesh Wireless Router will cover up to 3500 sq ft

PVR's

Each TV in the household will require a PVR box to use the service (max. 4 boxes). Each additional PVR includes free programming. Accounts include 100GB cloud storage - extra storage space is $5 per 100GB/month which can be added if needed.

Additional PVR's are for purchase only. The first additional PVR is $200, and each extra is $150.
